Corn Steep Liquid (CSL) is indeed an attractive addition for anglers due to its rich nutritional values. The high protein content (19.3%) and free amino acids makes it an excellent source of nutrition, which attracts fish. The liquid form makes it easy to incorporate into various applications, such as moistening boilie mixes, or using it as a dip for baits such as boilies, particles, or pellets.

One important aspect to highlight is that CSL Liquid is not PVA friendly, meaning it is not suitable for use with PVA material as it could compromise the PVA dissolving properties.
