ROLLER SERVICE AT DISCOVERY CARPLINE

At Discovery Carpline we offer a specialist rolling service for rolling bespoke boilies. Whether you want to use your own mixes or our premium mixes, we will ensure your boilies are exactly to your requirements. Below you will find the details of our rolling service:

CUSTOM BOILIES

You can come to us to have your own mixes rolled. After a test, including a check of the rollability, we roll your boilies in the desired diameter.

DUMBELLS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE

COSTS

  • Boilies with our mixes: € 1.75 PER KILOGRAM OF DRY MIX.
  • Boilies with your own composed mix: € 2.00 PER KILOGRAM OF DRY MIX.

NOTE: For diameters 11 mm and 14 mm a surcharge of € 0.50 PER KILOGRAM applies.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum quantity for our roll service is 50 KILOGRAMS OF DRY MIX.

PROCEDURE

  1. PREPARATION: Send your mixes or indicate which mix you want to use.
  2. COST PRICE: The total amount is agreed upon in advance. Once the cost price is determined, it is binding and an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.
  3. TEST: We perform a test to check the rollability of the mix.
  4. ROLLS: We roll your boilies into the diameter you require.
  5. DRYING: After rolling, the boilies are dried according to the required specifications.
  6. PACKAGING: The dried boilies are carefully packed to maintain their quality during transport.
