JEROEN HUUGHE
FIXED STICK
I am Jeroen Huughe , living in Ruddervoorde. My love for fishing started at a young age at the KGO canal, near my parental home. There I learned the tricks of the trade and developed a passion for fishing that has not let me go since. In addition to the canal, I have gained a lot of experience in the surrounding fishing ponds over the years.
In the past 10 years I have specialized myself in commercial ponds, with a focus on carp fishing in Belgium. I can be found weekly at fishing competitions, where I continue to improve my skills and strategies. With a lot of passion and satisfaction I like to share my knowledge and experiences, with which I want to help other anglers with the necessary tips and tricks.

BART BOEY
FEEDER
My name is Bart Boey and I live in Oostkamp. I started fishing at the age of 8, with a simple bamboo stick, and caught my first fish in the local streams and wells. Those early experiences sparked my passion for fishing and have since become an important part of my life.
From that moment on I enthusiastically participated in competitions, mainly on pits and public waters, where we targeted bream and roach with the pole. As carp fishing became more popular, I also saw the increasing carp population in the ponds and started to use feeder and method fishing in my competitions.
Thanks to Discovery Carpline products I have achieved great results in my competitions. My passion for fishing continues to motivate me to improve my techniques and share my knowledge.

BJORN VAN DEN BOSSCHE
FEEDER
My name is Bjorn Van den Bossche and I come from Ruiselede. I have been passionate about fishing since I was 8 years old. It all started at the pond behind my parents' house, where I caught my first fish with a fixed rod. From that moment on, my love for the sport grew by the day.
After years of experience with the fixed rod I have increasingly specialized in method feeder fishing. This specific branch of angling has really captivated me because of the combination of technique, precision and strategy that it requires. With method feeder fishing I have achieved some nice results in competitions over time and I have continued to refine my technique.
What I like about angling is not only the peace and the connection with nature, but also the challenge to keep improving. Every session offers the chance to try out new techniques, optimize my equipment and understand the fish better. It is a sport that rewards experience and patience, and that is what makes it so fascinating to me.
In addition, I am incredibly proud to be part of the Discovery Carpline team. Within this team, I can not only expand my own knowledge, but also share my experience and passion with others. I love passing on tips and insights, so that both novice and experienced anglers can improve their skills.

CHRIS SCHIETECATTE
FIXED STICK
My name is Chris Schietecatte, originally from Oudenaarde. My passion for fishing started at a young age, when I fished with friends at the old Scheldt arms here in the area. I soon realized that this love for fishing would last. At the age of 20, I unexpectedly came into contact with competition fishing, specifically coarse fishing with a fixed rod. This brought me into the world of national competitions, where I gained valuable experience.
Over time, carp fishing became more and more appealing to me and I found it very rewarding. The results I achieved gave me the confidence to delve deeper into this discipline. When the opportunity arose to become part of the Discovery Carpline team, I grabbed it with both hands.
My passion for fishing remains my biggest motivation. It motivates me to continuously refine my techniques and share my knowledge with other anglers. Fishing is not just a hobby for me, but a lifelong passion in which I always want to grow.
